Requirements
Identification
In order to use the space, you must come in person for a meet-and-greet and provide a government issued photo ID
Registration & Insurance
Other users of the space must be registered members of a regulated professional board and hold their own professional liability insurance.
Security Deposit
A $250 security deposit is required from monthly and ad hoc users, and will be returned when at the end of tenancy
